The dancer. A lot of sold out shows are too crowded for much lateral movement, but at a sparsely populated show, you’re bound to see people break out distractingly bad moves. The raised arm, back-and-forth point is a good one--kind of a lamer fist pump. If you’re ever at a concert with a girl who dances by twisting her shoulders back and forth, feet in place, swinging her arms limply and snapping her fingers at the end of each swing, leave her. I myself am prone to the rhythm-disabled heel tap and head nod, but I like to think no one notices.
